We all need help sometimes, that is the human in us. I’m here to provide genuine empathy and a safe space for you to experience healing, self-discovery, and growth. I have experience helping people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationships, self-esteem, addiction, and life transitions. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy is, my goal is to help you explore and discover what a meaningful and fulfilling life looks like (to you!), and then help you take steps into it with more control, confidence, and ease.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, meaning I see you as a WHOLE person, and consider all aspects of your well-being: mind, body, and spirit. I also use the evidence-based theories CBT, DBT, and SFBT. Additionally, I am a certified yoga teacher, and (if desired) I can use elements of mindfulness/yoga to assist you into a deeper experience during therapy.
I believe that you are the expert on your life and my role is to provide empathy, compassion, and unwavering support as you journey towards the future you want at your own pace.
