Cayco Effex, LLC is independently owned and operated by Ms. Constance Ash, affectionately known as Connie Aye. We provide counseling and mental and behavioral health treatment for ages 18 and up. We are not your traditional, boring old counseling service. We actually care about the WHOLE you.
