Welcome! As The ATL Therapist, I believe that the various relationships we’re in are a key component to our emotional and mental health. By examining the role you play in the systems you’re a part of, we can learn more about what makes you… you! I am a strengths-based therapist who works collaboratively with you to help you identify your goals & how we can get there – together. It’s a privilege to be a part of your journey, and I aim to help you along the way through proactivity, collaboration, and compassion.
My clients are often dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, identity development, marital problems, substance abuse, eating disorders, family conflict, & relationship difficulties. I’m committed to providing you a safe, judgment-free environment to explore what you’re experiencing – the good, the bad, & everything in between.
I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I work with individuals, couples, families, & groups under the supervision of Meg McLeroy, LMFT and direction of Amy Smith-Barnes, Psy.D. Feel free to visit my website at www.theatltherapist.com or contact me for a free phone consultation today.
