I am a licensed clinical psychologist and mental health professional specializing in integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with a warm and empathetic approach.
