What do you specialize in?
I specialize in eating disorders, body image issues, sexual traumas, and life transitions. I work with spiritually sensitive people and creatives. I use a somatic (body-based), solution-focused approach and weave in eco therapy (nature-based healing).
What trainings or certifications do you have?
I have a masters in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a certification in Ecotherapy. I have completed a 50 hour training in Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and module 1 of Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. I have worked at agencies specializing in domestic violence and sexual assault (RISE - San Luis Obispo), sexual addiction (Sano Center - Los Angeles), and eating disorders (Rosewood Center for Eating Disorders).
Do you work with teens?
Yes, I love working with teens and have extensive experience working individually and leading teen groups.
