People often have everything they need to get un-stuck, it is simply too hard to see how to get out. Especially when dealing with religious trauma, unsupportive families, or two areas that seem opposed such as being Gay, and wanting to practice a faith. I believe in working together with you to help you transform yourself into what you want when stuck. I use an adaptable approach to fit every person and the unique human being that they are. Sometimes this includes art or movement, writing or speaking, exploring or resting, process or content, and it almost always includes humor.
