Originally from Pennsylvania, Brit is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHCA) and co-founder and owner of Current Wellness. She specializes in working with folks who are experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, disordered eating, disordered exercise, and trauma. She uses a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating approach to help clients create a healthy relationship with their body, food, and exercise. She is trained in The Gottman Method for couples therapy, as well as EMDR for trauma-focused therapy.
