BIO:

My goal is to provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental environment where self-exploration, growth, and positive change can occur. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families. I have extensive experience in working with children who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, and severe emotional and behavioral issues. I have also worked with adolescents and adults struggling with substance abuse and eating disorders.

My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client or family. I am skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
