My ideal client would consist of an individual who struggles with a sense of self. They may have a pessimistic sense of self or the people around them. They may struggle with friendships, relationships, school/job tasks, or even family. In addition, they have a hard time balancing these daily tasks while creating time for self-love/care. All of these tasks may become very stressful hence some suicidal ideation may surface and the client may struggle to process what it actually means.
The majority of my expertise comes from working with clients in crisis utilizing key principles from Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Meeting clients on their level and working together to process problems that they may be going through.
