As a professionally trained therapist I see my role as a helper and guide who can provide a compassionate, objective viewpoint to my clients. I believe in helping people become self-reliant, self-empowered, responsible and accountable.
I use many therapeutic techniques like existential meaning-of-life therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, reality therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, spirituality and creative art modalities. Do I Have Trouble Stopping Once I Start Drinking?
Do I drink too much once I start? Might I have a drinking problem? A “Readiness to change group,” which helps the client explore the ambivalence about changing one’s drinking patterns.
