I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist with 30 years of experience. I see adults either in the office or via video who are working through current or past trauma experiences, anxiety, depression, life stage changes such as career changes, relationship changes, loss or grief regarding people or pets in their lives, retirement and aging.

Q Do you see couples for marital counseling?

I do work with individual adults and do not do couples or marital counseling.

Q Do you see people in the office or via video?

I am licensed in the State of IN and am happy to see clients either in the office or via video.

Q Do you accept insurance or are you self-pay?

I am paneled and do accept insurance for Anthem BC/BS, UHC and Aetna. I also accept cash payments.

Q Do you do EMDR?

I am trained in EMDR and do use this for treatment of recent or past trauma when appropriate.

Q Do you offer a free consultation or get to know you meeting?

I do offer a free consultation for the first appointment so that both you and I can make sure that we are a good fit for your counseling journey.

Q Do you have Covid-19 precautions in your office and building?

Yes, we follow all suggested Covid-19 procedures. We are not currently using our Waiting Room. You text when you arrive and we escort you into the building. We ask that you not attend in person if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19. We may take your temperature and we will ask screening questions. We do require that you wear a mask in and that you use hand sanitizer when you enter our office space. You will be asked to sign an agreement to be seen in the office.
